Remove the Instagram connection only

Two ways, both immediate:

• In Dailyz: open your workspace, click Instagram, then Disconnect. The access token is deleted from our servers at once.
• In Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Dailyz → Remove. Instagram notifies us and we delete the token automatically.

Delete everything

To delete your account, your workspace, every post and image, and any Instagram data we hold, email support@getdailyz.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30. Billing records that the law requires us to keep (invoices) are retained for the statutory period and nothing else.

Requests sent through Instagram

If you request deletion through Instagram's own controls, Meta sends the request to Dailyz automatically. We delete the connection and any Instagram-sourced data for that account immediately and return a confirmation code. You can check the status of that request at:
