Terms of service

These are the terms for using Dailyz. Short version: you own your content, you are responsible for what you approve, we run the service carefully and honestly, and either of us can end it.

1. The service

Dailyz writes, designs and publishes Instagram carousels for a workspace you control. It publishes only posts you have approved, or, if you switch on automatic approval, posts written under the brand settings you configured. You can turn either off at any time.

2. Your account and workspace

You must be 18 or older and provide a real email address. You are responsible for your password and for the people you add to your workspace. One person, one account; a workspace may have several members.

3. Your content and your Instagram account

• You own the posts Dailyz creates for you. You grant us only the licence needed to render, store and publish them on your behalf.
• Connecting an Instagram account means you have the right to publish to it and you accept Instagram's own terms for what is posted there.
• You are responsible for what you approve. Dailyz writes drafts; you decide what goes out. Do not use it to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or against Instagram's community rules.
• Stock photography comes from Pexels and Unsplash under their licences. Where a licence requires attribution, Dailyz shows you the credit line and includes it in exports; you are responsible for keeping it where required.

4. Comment replies and messages

If you enable the comment funnel, Dailyz sends the message you wrote to people who comment your keyword on your posts. You are responsible for that message and for the link it carries. Do not use it to send anything unsolicited beyond the reply the commenter asked for.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe on your renewal date until cancelled. Cancel any time from Billing before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; your plan then runs to the end of the period already paid. Payments are non-refundable, including partial months. 6. Availability

We aim for the service to run every day, and it is built to keep working when a single provider fails. Even so, Dailyz depends on Instagram, Google, Pexels and Stripe, and we cannot promise a specific post will publish at a specific minute. If a post fails, it stays in your queue and is retried.

7. Acceptable use

No scraping, no reselling access, no using the service to harass, spam or deceive, no attempts to reach other workspaces' data. We may suspend an account that does any of these.

8. Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Liability

Dailyz is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to account holders and dated at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Questions: support@getdailyz.com.
