For cafes
Instagram posts for cafes, written from the board behind the counter, posted every day
The board behind your counter is a content calendar. The single-origin that changed on Monday, the cardamom bun that sells out by ten, the price of a flat white, the hours on a public holiday. Dailyz writes one carousel a day from what you paste in, renders it in your brand, and posts it through the official Instagram API. You approve it during the mid-morning lull.
Cafes post more than most businesses and burn out faster, because it is always the same person doing it at 11pm. This puts the 11pm part on a machine and keeps the taste, and the facts, yours.
A week of posts from one counter
Breakfast for two, from your own menu
Two flat whites $9, avocado toast $13, the bun $5.50, total $27.50. A receipt card with your prices and your hours on the last slide.
Oat or whole milk, comment A or B
The argument your baristas already have, as a post. Comments are what the algorithm rewards, and a comment with the keyword gets your loyalty or ordering link by DM.
The morning, from first pour to sold out
6:30am doors, 7:15 the first bake is out, 9:40 the buns are gone, 2pm close. Written from your hours and your notes, and a warning to come early that never needs to say so.
A regular's review, with the stars
The review copied as written, a first name, and a photo of the drink they mentioned. Slide one is your photo; the quote follows.
This week's beans, and what they taste like
Three coffees on the grinder, origin and tasting notes as your roaster wrote them, price per bag.
What you paste in
- The drinks and food menu with prices, or a photo of the board.
- The current coffees and their notes, and the bakery items that sell out.
- Hours, holiday hours, the address, and whether there is seating and wifi.
- Reviews, copied as written.
- Any loyalty card, ordering link or event.
Photos are the easy part for a cafe. Upload the shot of the pour or the bun and the slide uses it; when you do not have one, licensed stock with the credit printed on the slide stands in until you do. A photo the system is unsure about is flagged with a percentage, and swapping it is one key.
Every post waits for your approval unless you switch that off. It posts at the times you set, with a few minutes of jitter so the account never looks like a clock.
Price
One brand, every account it runs, one post a day: $99 a month. More than one brand: Unlimited, $249 a month. Start free.
Questions people ask
The menu changes weekly. How much work is that?
One line per change in the brand facts. Two minutes on a Monday covers the week, and each post is written from the latest version.
Can it post the daily bake in the morning?
Type the bake into the facts or the queue before opening and approve the post; it publishes at the slot you set, with a little jitter.
Will it invent a menu item?
No. It writes only from what you entered, and a slide that needs a fact you did not provide is flagged before you can approve it.
What does it cost for one cafe?
$99 a month. A group with more than one cafe on separate accounts is Unlimited at $249.
