For realtors
Instagram posts for realtors, written from your listings, posted every day
An agent's week produces facts on its own: a new listing, a price change, a sale, a client who wrote something kind. Dailyz turns those facts into one carousel a day, rendered in your brand and posted through the official Instagram API at the time you set. It never states a price, a square footage or a days-on-market figure you did not type in, which matters more in this business than in most.
The result is an account that posts every day without you, and that reads like you: your neighbourhoods, your numbers, your clients.
A week of posts from one agent's notes
Just sold: the numbers, as a receipt
List price, sold price, days on market, offers received. Four lines you pasted from the closing, on a receipt card, over your own photo of the front door. If you leave out the offers line, it stays out.
What a seller does in the two weeks before listing
Declutter, paint the front door, fix the running tap, book the photographer, sign the disclosure. Your list, in your order, as the post a homeowner saves six months before they call anyone.
From accepted offer to keys, in your market
Day 1 offer accepted, day 10 inspection, day 21 appraisal, day 30 to 45 closing. Your typical timeline for your state, typed by you, so a buyer knows what waiting looks like.
The client review, with the stars
Copied as written from your review page, the client's first name, and the neighbourhood they bought in. One review a week is the difference between an agent account and a listings feed.
Bungalow on a big lot or townhouse near the station
Two of your listings, two photos, comment A or B. The keyword in the comment gets your booking link by DM.
What you paste in
- Active listings: address or area, price, beds, baths, size, one thing that makes each one worth a look.
- Recent sales with list price, sold price and days on market, where you are allowed to share them.
- The neighbourhoods you work, with a line on each.
- Client reviews, copied as written, and your brokerage name and licence details as your board requires.
- Your booking link, phone number, and any open house dates.
Every post waits for your approval unless you switch that off, and any figure the writer cannot trace back to your notes is flagged on the slide before you press the button. A wrong number on a real estate post is a compliance problem, so the rule is strict: no number without a source line from you.
Photos come from your own uploads or licensed stock with the credit printed on the slide. For listings, use your own; the stock library does not have your house.
Price
One brand, every account it runs, one post a day: $99 a month. More than one brand: Unlimited, $249 a month. Start free.
Questions people ask
Will it say a home sold for more than it did?
No. It can only print the sold price you entered. If you did not enter one, the slide carries a warning and you decide whether to add the number or drop the line.
Can I add my brokerage disclaimer to every post?
Put the brokerage name and licence line in the brand facts and the writer includes it where you tell it to. Check the first few posts against your board's rules; you are the one who approves them.
I have a team of four agents. One account or four?
One Instagram account is one workspace at $99 a month. Four agents on four accounts is Unlimited at $249, with each agent invited into their own workspace.
Does it post open house reminders on the day?
Put the date in the facts and set Autopilot to post that morning. It publishes at the times you set with a few minutes of jitter.
