For contractors
Instagram posts for contractors, written from your jobs, posted every day
You have the best content in town and no time to post it: the before photo on your phone, the after photo from Friday, the number the job came in at, the review the client left on Sunday. Dailyz takes those facts, writes one carousel a day, puts your logo and colours on it, and posts it through the official Instagram API while you are on site. You approve it from the truck.
It will not say a job took two weeks if you wrote three. It will not quote a price you did not give it. On a contractor's account that is the difference between leads and complaints.
Posts from one crew's month
The kitchen, Tuesday and three weeks later
Your two photos, the scope in one line, the duration you entered. "Full gut, new electrical, 19 working days." If the budget is in your notes, it can appear; if not, it stays off the slide.
What a bathroom remodel costs, from your own quotes
Demo, plumbing rough-in, tile, fixtures, labour, with the ranges you actually quote. A receipt card of your real ranges is the post that filters out the people who were never going to hire you.
A deck build, day by day
Day 1 permit and footings, day 3 framing, day 5 decking, day 7 rails and stain. Your sequence and your durations, so a homeowner knows what to expect before they call.
Five questions to ask any contractor before signing
Licence number, insurance certificate, written scope, payment schedule, who is on site. Written from your notes and ending with your own answers.
The Google review, with the stars
Copied as written, the client's first name, the town, and a photo of the finished work.
What you paste in
- The services you take on and the ones you do not.
- Your service area, licence number and insurance status.
- Finished jobs: two photos each, what was done, how long it took, and the price if you are willing to share it.
- Reviews, copied as written.
- How to reach you and how fast you quote.
Autopilot writes the next day's post overnight and holds it in the queue. You open it once, press A to approve or R to reject, and it goes out at the time you set with a few minutes of jitter. Every post ends with a keyword, and a comment with that keyword gets your quote form by DM within a couple of minutes.
Uploading a job photo takes ten seconds and always beats stock. When you do not have one, the slide uses licensed stock with the credit printed on it, and a photo the system is unsure about is flagged with a percentage so you can swap it with one key.
Price
One brand, every account it runs, one post a day: $99 a month. More than one brand: Unlimited, $249 a month. Start free.
Questions people ask
I do not want prices on my posts. Can I turn that off?
Leave prices out of your facts and no post can carry one. The writer only prints numbers you gave it.
Can I post from the site the same day?
Upload the photo, type one line about the job, and generate. You approve it and it posts at the next slot you set.
Does it work for a two-company setup, say roofing and gutters?
Two Instagram accounts are two workspaces, each with its own facts and queue. That is the Unlimited plan at $249 a month; one account is $99.
What if my office manager should run it?
Invite them by email and they share the queue. If you want them to draft but not publish, give them a guest login.
