For retail shops
Instagram posts for retail shops, written from what is on the shelf, posted every day
A shop changes every week: new stock, a line on sale, a size that sold out, a delivery that finally arrived. That is a daily post if someone has the time. Dailyz writes it from the product facts and prices you keep in the brand notes, designs it in your look at 1080x1350, and posts it through the official Instagram API at the time you set. You approve it while the shop is quiet.
Every price on a slide is one you typed. The writer cannot mark something down, cannot invent a bundle, and cannot describe a product you did not list.
What it posts from a shop's week
The gift under $50, three ways
Candle $28, card $6, ribbon $4, total $38. Three items from your list on a receipt card, with the shop hours on the last slide. It is the post that gets screenshotted the week before a holiday.
New in this week
The five items that arrived on Tuesday, by name, with prices. Slide one is your own photo of the display; the checklist follows it.
The blue one or the green one, comment A or B
Two colours of one product, your photos, one question. Comments with the keyword get your online-shop link by DM within a couple of minutes.
Late opening this Thursday
Open 10am, late night to 8pm, last entry 7:45pm, then back to normal hours Friday. A timeline slide that says exactly what your door will say.
What the owner pastes in
- The products you want posted about, each with a name, a price and one line.
- Hours, address, parking, and the online shop link if you have one.
- Sales and offers, with their start and end dates.
- Reviews, copied as written.
- A few of your own photos of the shop and the displays.
When stock changes, change the line in the facts and the next post uses it. A slide that mentions a price you have since removed carries a warning next to the approve button; you fix it in a sentence ("the candle is $32 now") or reject it with one key.
Every morning it also reads what is moving for shops in your category and suggests three post shapes with an opening line written for you. It recommends the pattern, not the post.

Questions people ask
We have hundreds of products. Do I have to list them all?
No. List the ones you want posted about this month, ten to twenty is plenty, and swap them as stock moves.
Can it post the sale on the day it starts?
Put the start date in the facts and set Autopilot to post that morning. It publishes at the time you set with a few minutes of jitter.
Does it take orders through Instagram?
No. It posts and it answers keyword comments with your link by DM. The sale happens on your shop's site or at the till.
Two shops, two accounts?
Yes. Each account is its own workspace with its own stock list. That is Unlimited at $249 a month; a single shop is $99.
