For gyms
Instagram posts for gyms, built from your timetable, posted every day
A gym has more publishable facts than almost any business: a timetable, a price list, a roster of trainers, a wall of results. Dailyz takes those facts, writes one carousel a day from them, designs it in your brand, and posts it through the official Instagram API at the time you set. You approve it from your phone between sessions.
The trap most gym accounts fall into is the motivational quote over a stock barbell. It says nothing about your gym. Every post below is specific to your floor, your coaches and your prices, because it can only be written from what you gave it.
Posts it would make from a normal week
Tuesday, 6am to 8pm, on one slide
Your actual class schedule as a timeline: 6am strength, 7am spin, 12:15 lunchtime HIIT, 6pm mobility. People save this one. If Thursday's schedule differs, it writes Thursday from Thursday's facts, not Tuesday's.
What a month costs, line by line
Membership $59, unlimited classes included, first session free, no joining fee. A receipt card with your real numbers is the most direct answer to the DM you get ten times a week. It cannot print a price you have not written down.
A member's eight weeks, in their words
One photo they gave you permission to use, one quote from their review, the date range. The slide says what the member said and nothing more. No percentages unless the member wrote them.
Your first class here, what to bring
Water bottle, indoor shoes, arrive ten minutes early, towel provided. Small, practical, and the post that lowers the barrier for the nervous person who has been following you for a month.
A review, with the stars on the slide
The review copied as written, the member's first name, five stars. Pair it with a photo of the trainer they mentioned, uploaded by you.
What the owner pastes in
- The class timetable, by day, with times and class names.
- Membership options with prices, and anything included or excluded.
- Trainers by first name, with the one thing each is known for.
- Member reviews, and any transformation photos you have written permission to post.
- Opening hours, the address, the free-trial rule, and the sign-up link.
Once the facts are in, Autopilot writes the next day's post overnight and holds it for your approval, unless you switch that off. It posts at the times you pick with a few minutes of jitter, and every post ends with a keyword. A comment with that keyword gets your trial link by DM within a couple of minutes, which is the follow-up your front desk never has time for.
Every morning it also reads what is moving in the fitness niche and suggests three post shapes with an opening line written for your gym. It suggests the pattern; it never copies another gym's post.
Price

Questions people ask
Can it post transformation photos?
Only ones you upload, and you should have the member's written permission first. The writer will not add claims to the slide beyond what the member said in their own words.
Our timetable changes every term. Is that a problem?
Replace the timetable in the brand facts and the next post uses it. Old posts are not rewritten, so you may want to delete a timeline post that is out of date.
Can each trainer post to their own account?
Each Instagram account is its own workspace with its own facts and queue. If your trainers run separate accounts, Unlimited at $249 a month covers all of them; one account is $99.
What if I want to post twice a day around a launch?
Autopilot posts as often as you set it to, one to five a day. Turn it up for the launch week and back down after.
