Dailyz

For dentists

Instagram posts for dentists, written from your practice, posted every day

A dental practice cannot post loosely. Fees, insurance, what a procedure involves: every line has to be right, and the front desk does not have an hour a day to make it right. Dailyz writes one carousel a day from the facts your practice manager pastes in, holds it for approval, and posts it through the official Instagram API. If a slide needs a fact you did not provide, it is flagged before anyone can approve it.

That rule is the whole point for a clinic. The writer can describe your new-patient exam, your hours and your parking. It cannot invent a discount or a treatment outcome.

Posts it would write for a practice

Checklist

Your first visit, step by step

Forms online before you arrive, X-rays if needed, a cleaning, a plan you take home. Written from your own new-patient description, so the post matches what actually happens at your front desk.

Receipt card

The new-patient exam, with your fee on it

Exam, X-rays and cleaning, with the fee you publish and the insurers you list. If you do not publish fees, the card shows the insurers and the booking link instead. It prints only what you wrote.

Customer quote

A patient review, first name and stars

Copied as written from your review page. The slide carries the quote and a photo of the reception, uploaded by you. No claims about results beyond what the patient wrote.

Timeline

Saturday hours and the emergency line

Open 8am, last appointment 1pm, emergency line after that. A timeline slide people screenshot the night a filling comes out.

What the practice manager pastes in

Approval stays with whoever you choose. Invite the practice manager by email and they share the queue; give a marketing assistant a guest login and they can draft and review but never approve or publish. Every post waits for a yes unless you switch that off, and most practices will want to leave it on.

Post frequency is yours to set, one to five a day, and each post ends with a keyword. A comment with it gets your booking link by DM within a couple of minutes, which is how a Tuesday post about Saturday hours becomes a Saturday appointment.

Questions people ask

Can it make claims about treatment results?

No. It writes from the facts you entered and from patient reviews as written. Anything it cannot trace to your notes is flagged, and you decide whether it goes out.

We do not publish fees. Does it still work?

Yes. Leave the fees out and the receipt format will not be used for them. The posts lean on hours, insurance, first-visit steps and reviews instead.

Who is allowed to approve a post?

Owners, admins and members you invite by email. Guests can generate and review, and cannot approve or publish.

What does it cost for one practice?

$99 a month. A group with several practices on separate accounts is Unlimited at $249 a month.
